Hotel Service Utrecht has negotiated set (non-fluctuating) rates with flexible cancellation policies, fully refundable within the cancellation period. 

DUE TO THE EXPECTED VAT INCREASE, THESE RATES INCLUDE 21% VAT, IF DECIDED THAT IT WILL STAY 9% VAT WE WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE!
